We met at a time I was wallowing on my broken relationship with someone I met here at FFF. She too at that time was having a relationship with a boyfriend who I eventually met.
first personal encounter we had was at Resorts World Hotel with another FFF personality, Ka Bert, who had a handle of "oldkanaba." From late evening wee hours of morning, we later ended at Araneta Center, from Paranaque, at 3AM. We had stay with her until next morning, so she can take first ride her hometown in San Miguel, Bulacan. Nope was not a "menage a trois," which we often bantered about, considering hours we were together during the first -some date.
We took trips together, one was to meet with Dra. Tinks aka "tinkerbelle," in Dagupan City, to attend the bangus festival. Then we went to attend the masskara festival in Bacolod City to meet up with Lei, aka "lonerme 99," who hosted our days there and was so hospitable taking us around the tourist spots, including Mambukal Resort. But we also took a trip to Iloilo City and Guimaras Island prior to Bacolod City. Cat, aka "chinatree" (deceased) with Mandy (never knew his FFF handle) was with us. In Iloilo City we met, Cath aka "sexierlips." When Che aka "bizzy,' came home to Manila, we also met her and one time we checked in at Ace Hotel in Pasig City. We were joined there by Tinks and another FFF personality who carried the name of "gabrielasilang." She wants to remain anonymous, so am not mentioning her name.
On and off we met a lot of FFF personalites, young and middle-aged women. That continued for sometime, while we were active in this site. Later on the meetings fizzled out because she has to take care of her grandchildren and their business at the San Miguel town market.
I take this opportunity to convey that staying in this site, brought me a lot of treasured and good memories, about friends I met here. Some of them became very close friends and stayed in my circle of friends to_ date.
My kiddie sis is now half a turn to a century, we met when she was in her early forties. We exchanged many privy facts in our lives, like from one sister to another, hence I call her my kiddie sis.
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY THETA!!! Have the best of the best. Many more blessed and happier coming. Enjoy your single blessedness, well, until the right man comes along. Lots of love!!

Memory Loss - Written by a Confident Lady

After a meeting, I was coming out of a hotel and I was looking for my car keys. They were not in my pockets. A quick search in the meeting room, it wasn't there too.
Suddenly I realized I must have left them in the car.
My husband has shouted many times for leaving the keys in the ignition.
My theory is the ignition is the best place not to lose them.
My Husband theory is the car will be stolen if left at the ignition key slot.
Immediately, I rushed to the parking lot and came to a terrifying conclusion. His theory was right. The parking lot was empty 😱😞😞.
I immediately called the police and gave them my location, description of the car, place I parked, etc. I equally confessed that I had left my keys in the car, and that the car had been stolen.
Then I made the most difficult call of all, to my husband, Honey (I stammered, I always call him 'honey' in times like these ) , I left my keys in the car..... and it has been stolen.
There was a big silence. I thought the call had been dropped, but then I heard his voice. “Idiot", he shouted, I dropped you at the hotel!
Now it was my time to be silent. Embarrassed, and happy as well, I said, Well, then pls come and get me.
He shouted again, I will, as soon as I convince this policeman, that I have not stolen your car. 😁😁
Don't laugh alone 😄😄😅😅😂
Send to other husbands or wives because .........So many things go wrong daily, and you can't blame yourself all the times.

HOW KIND CAN YOU GO?

We would give all for family and friends we love There's nothing we won't do fill their inadequacy It's part of our culture even some religious advocacy A value we share because there's more than enough.
"Be kind for everyone we meet is fighting a hard battle" Plato said you would never know how unbearable When the world stands against you it gets vulnerable A kindness extended changes that makes you invincible.
Kindness can be so contagious when it's given Spreads to_ others who are urged thus get driven Seeing someone helped produces good feelings Ergo anyone would reach out his help extending.
It's been said a practice of kindness will be good Nothing feels better seeing the one you did good for In a sense it lifts your well-being a solace or a food To_ your soul this virtue that dwells in your core.

We make goals strive to_ have it A house to_ build a travel to_ sched Maybe this degree to graduate from Or marry the man who owns a big farm.
We constantly seek what's best Something that we don't have yet We look afar have a great foresight Achieving yes! but not done overnight.
Succeed in some but in failures we insist The invite to_ do more we cannot resist Aim high it is in falling we need to stand Fighting for the best it's heart's demand.
We lose in love but we constantly find Who will make us happy all the time Become a parent to_ lovely Give what's best they're heaven sent.
Keeping our minds always too busy Having accomplished one a next to tarry Our choice our want to_ excel in this life Compete in a rat race our constant drive.
There is no need to have it all What you can do is just be best With what you have big or small Contentment stops running for the rest.

WHERE IS LOVE

If love is found anywhere Peace and harmony is everywhere But in our lives there is so much drama Even a point that we've gotten a trauma
Would love be truly unconditional With our Creator HIS love is original Different persons different minds dwell in their versions and kinds.
It is said love for is non-prescriptive But oftener parents can be so restrictive Maybe what's different is their responsibility How one sees it can be in his own capacity.
Whoever coined "make love not war" echoed The sentiments of the 60's seed of flower power If I remember rightly so it was a universal logo But did our hearts get soft or was ever conquered?
Getting high on ecstasy can be said temporary With the heights of love and glory it's just hourly When you come back the sober state is not better Meet what's there and real is the best healing cure.
So let me ask have you found love what is its worth Can you say it is relative as you scaled your thoughts Or what you nurtured is only typical of who you are As they say different person is a different version.

HOME IS WHERE I'LL STAY

I still believe home is where the heart is Whether how grand the new place can please I long for what I got used to yes! to old faces No longer curious for what I like to experience.
Recalling decades ago felt the same in Bahrain When the gulf war erupted many scampered London for the royalties including their staff Alone in my quarters so hard for me to laugh.
Am again in the same boat can't go nowhere No war this time but the pandemic is a danger Absence of bombs but a virus can be more fatal The enemy's unseen it's something that's viral.
Long for Foxy's yelp waking me each morning Touch of Mogu-Mogu underneath my seat sleeping There is Mitsu whose tummy's filled with pups She's twice a year giving birth seemingly no gaps.
I learned to assist these shih tzus giving birth Sold their puppies many times a good worth But am no breeder just need to let them go Often gets tearful if you sell when they grow.
I've decided to go home despite the restriction Though safer to stay put but I find my condition To be where I am with my kinsfolk and tradition Canada is indeed a great wonderful invitation. [

GIMME A BREAK

When we have too much yes! we need a break At work in a relationship or when all is at stake What could be temporary maybe even a spell A want of "ME" time with all else for a quell.
When we have enough hell may break loose Anger reaches its peak there'll be no excuse Road rage in heavy traffic is one good example in driving perseverance always must be ample.
When love for the other is no longer working Can one try harder this second chance hoping But if staying burns the last bits of one's patience Cooling-off can be that break on top of resilience.
When parenting becomes a difficult problem Time to break the barrier a compromise is a must Blend to meet halfway it's a break to reach out Understanding and reasoning erases the clout.
Work pressures given deadlines never comforting Either you break or finish what's for accomplishing Sometimes the "manana" habit causes sloppiness With due date near love to cram become as tireless.
This final break that we refer to as our retirement Not only from work but also from this life we live With work at given age there's plenty of entitlement In life it's the end of goals all plight's become restive.

We need nourishment everyday Starting with breakfast some eat or skip A good coffee and a toast would be okay With me I need what's heavy for some lift.
Filipinos would love rice steamed or fried With sausage egg or fish to fry what's dried This cup of cereal oats by Kellog's or Quaker The need to diet or just for having some fiber.
Sometimes a porridge-like chocklit with milk This instant noodle a choice of chicken or beef A cuppa cold milk with hot pancake in syrup Do some waffles in jam marmalade and juice.
Would french fries be good with chicken nuggets Or simply a slice of pizza carry over of last night's I can have a meat bun or simply a ham sandwich Have what's easy to prepare what's quick to reach.
Where's the avocado these good cuts to feast on Apple pear orange slices even cuts of sweet melon A fruit to hasten your built energies will not falter Sure to keep you going in your running jogging gear.
Some will not eat but indulge in what's called brunch This waking late running to work always a punch Late breakfast will do combined with an early lunch Best choice avoiding a stomach grumble or crunch.

I wanna ask, since most of the FFF members here searching are divorced, if not separated, so here goes...
"Did your divorce make you happy or unhappy when you got it? Did you ever regret you went through it, because I know there were occasions when the divorced couple re-married?"

This is the time where life seems to_ be dragging New goals new approaches new plans for laying The feeling is like you are moving inch by inch Because of past holidays you feel you need a pinch.
So what now? For us retirees we wait to_ get older To_ live day by day decide doing what's quicker No more goals that we deem should be long term Stretch for us is shorter we seek what we can confirm.
We watch for events that unfold for the present Nothing to_ bother place ourselves in a predicament Let life flow but not dealing with what's uncertain Sure ball to_ think of avoid what will be a burden.
's no dilly dally our time is of the essence Enjoy what can be had no more pining for excellence But do not think we are of no use we try hard to_ help For a certain limit as our faculties have just a few sips.
I say don't depend on us entirely we can be quite weak Although we can still lead our output will not be in peak Once someone asked me do you find yourself normal In my terms yes i am but definitely not supernatural.
are many instances that we still keep our jobs Despite aging at 70 or more the heart still throbs Would marrying at 80 make you wonder and ponder Nothing to_ stop us so why roll your eyes to wonder.
Teeth may not be complete but dentures will be it Still smiling with a wrinkled crumpled face to beat Aging like wine in grace this propensity to attract Kudos to more knowledge experience indeed a deduct.
Short of life near to dying fears that could be often Don't we all go because no one can be an exempt If one should fly ahead a legacy is always left behind An epitaph speaks to_ say here lies a beautiful kind.
