Cancer Talking about cancer, a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body. The cancer cells are useless to the body and may spread to other part or metastasize. If not controlled they may cause suffering and eventually death. There are also what we call emotional cancer, which are uncontrolled negative emotions. I have witnessed many conflicts that started with this negative emotions. We see them everyday, at home, at work, at school even in chat rooms. I can't help but share this 5 metastasizing cancer by Stephen Covey. The 5 metastasizing emotional cancers: 1. CRITICIZING 2. COMPLAINING 3. COMPARING 4. COMPETING 5. CONTENDING If these negative emotions are not controlled they will cause undue suffering and ruin our lives particularly our relationship. If we want to be emotionally healthy avoid these 5C. Avoid them by not doing them and not reacting negatively to them. Now I encourage to do an emotional self examination, if you have any sign that you have excess of any of this 5C in your life get rid of them quickly and you will have emotional health and content. People who have excess of these are also known as conceited. No one needs these UNCONTROLLED negative emotions or emotional cancer so get rid of them. Comments? "Cuestions?" True ta Jane but they have to be under control, if someone always have these C's and don't control them , imagine how miserable their lives or the lives of people around them will be , what their relationship will be like? “Use the quotation for the occasion; do not make an occasion for the quotation.”
