Cheating encouraged openly?

I was cooking one day when I heard this commercial on TV. The jingle had a catchy phrase and nice tune it sang "... other than my wife." Intrigued as to what it was, I watched when it was aired again. In the commercial there were these 2 very attractive, good looking men probably in their mid or late 30's. They were just singing something like "my life other than my wife" and then in the end the name of the website. Obviously the advertisement is effective because it made me look at the website. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found it was a website for extra marital affair and apparently it has over half a million registered members.

OMG half a million! I am not here to judge anyone's lifestyle I am only expressing my opinion. Affair now openly advertised and saying there are half a million who think the same is like saying it's ok to have an affair, it's normal to have an affair, join the club of cheaters. I have seen profiles here that are looking for the same. I believe in the sanctity of marriage but I also believe that marriage is not required to be in a relationship. I believe in monogamous relationship married or not. If someone is not happy in the relationship then better to leave and hurt the partner once rather than hurting them behind their back by cheating again and again.

Just my opinion, triggered by the open advertising of a website for cheaters. I am against infidelity no matter what the reason may be. I'm sure you have an opinion too so you are welcome to share it.

Yes its the site ashley madison and its already been aired in the phils.,a dating site for married couples or partners to exercise multiple relationships.thnk its now banned in the phils and in some countries.
Yes that's the one, I just did not want to mention it so as not to promote it. Oh I'm so glad it is banned in the Phil. I think promoting it will weaken rather than strenghten the unit of the society and the foundation of a relationship.

Yes I can't tolerate infidelity so I was shocked by such an open advertisement.

Yes exactly it's a choice but will you encourage it? Like for example a brother or sister is tempted to have an affair, the key word is "encourage" will you? Why or why not?

thanks for your comment sassy girl, I have same question I asked Tinker. Will you encourage it? The key word is "encourage" or promote. Like for example a brother or sister is tempted to have an affair, will you encourage them? Why or why not?

I'm lucky I do not have to deal with such a thing but if ever I know how. My concern here is the open advertisement and inviting members to have affairs, what will the younger generation be learning from it, that affairs are the norm? Well I guess that's the way of the future? I can't blame the company they are making money from it.

Yes I heard it too - it was so creepy, made my skin crawl; later there was a companion ad 'someone other than my guy' for the women; I also wrote a blog article about it, but at Filipino FriendFinder - AsiaFriendFinder
