You may collect Cards/Stamps/Shoes/etc... well i collect Movies on Bluray

First of all let me go over the frequently brought up questions when people see just how many movies I do have.

Q: Why buy bluray?

A: The sound and visual clarity alone make the price worth it. Especially when you go out and spend the money on having a high def TV and an awesome surround sound setup. (Which I do have) Would you go out and buy a Maserati car and then go to the cheapest gas station around and fill up on regular unleaded or have them put in the cheapest type of nonsynthetic oil?!?! No, of course not. So my question to you is... why be cheap?!

Q: Why not just rent them?

Q: Do you actually watch them more than just a few times to justify the money spent on them?

A: I have watched every movie I own at least 10 times. I often get bored of watching regular TV and sometimes even Netflix doesn't have the movies I want when I want to watch them. Another reason I buy them is because if my cable TV and or Cable Internet goes out I can just pop in a movie and I'm good to go. Also note: if people come over They can look to my collection and be like "oh damn! You have that movie?!?!? Let's watch it. I haven't seen that in forever."

All that being said... To each their own. You may collect cards, stamps, coins, or whatever. Well, I collect movies.

Feel free to leave comments, questions, or even your own opinions and reviews. Enjoy!!

I just collect normal dvds, haven't moved on to blu-ray yet. I watch other people's blu-ray instead.

within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.
