 Thanks Kim... but as you know, the higher the position, the more critical the tasks and responsibilities are...
I was actually planning to resign from this company but the management has asked me not to resign yet coz they still need me at work.

 You deserve it so congrats SK, I'm sure you worked so hard to get to where you are now..that's what everyone are trying to accomplish..starting from the bottom up. The more responsibilities and new tasks goes with promotion but I know you can handle it You are a prime example of my next blog I've just created
