LIVING IN PI

 Your actually better off renting in pinas,the peso is shaky at best,and has fluctuated between 36-108 pesos to the pound(£)since I have been going there,besides,look at the amount of house and lot signs stuck everywhere in cebu,manila,davao etc.Rent,if you dont like the neighbourhood its easier to get a new lease elsewhere than sell and move in a stagnant housing market.
