Rise of the Phoenix...

I was at the ends of my hope. Depressed. How can a man do so much action to hurt me and another lady. Is it just the selection/mating. Why are they a master of hurting other's feelings. Lying, while their friends suffer. Don't they have any conscience. Anyways, that is how life is anyway. It's all a game. Choices we make the dumb and wise. In the end we all die alone. But, having that hope to go on living. To rise above it all. Into fire and death and rising again.

 Tess, cheer up!..He is not a permanent loss...Someone out there is waiting for you...a genuine person, a true lover...Feel the pain, cry your heart out..Try not to be alone...Your worst enemy is yourself..Remember that if one does not see the beauty in you, at least, you know that you are capable of loving your own self..

It gets better each day..Try not to be alone..Be with someone close to you and have some light talks..What I do is avoid things that remind me of him...I put away pictures, delete emails, do not play songs that will remind me of him, and try not to talk about him...It helps...Besides, you can indulge in exercises and dancing or singing, or plainly travelling out of your area...GEt some fresh air, okay?

 I have did some of your suggestions already. Next going far away to visit with friends. There is truly a God. The people that love you remembers your birthday. Like my friend in Florida. They never forget. And now a friend in you. It's a miracle.
