Just Let Me Define My Own Happiness......

I am not perfectly happy, but I am happy the way I am, what I am blessed with, and even contented with what I do not have. I have come to_ terms with how my life came to_be. So Just let it be, let me be....

Why until this time, people are worried about me having nobody to_ grow old with? I may not be the strongest, but I am strong enough to_ have lived more than half of my life alone. I am still constantly asking God for His guidance as to_ how I may continue to_ live this life in solitary. In my darkest hours, I even pray that if it's time for me to_ return "home", that I may just fall asleep deeply, never to wake up again, unless in union with the Creator. It may sound morbid, but if there's anything such as death wish, then, that is what I have in mind...So, let me be....Happy the way I was meant to_ be.

Each of us has his/her own terms of or for happiness and how life is to be lived according to his/her own standards of happiness. We cannot draw that from others which is somenthing I can only be sure of. Therefore, what makes Juan happy may not be what will make Pedro happy, as plain and simple as that. The terms of happiness for each one definitely varies.

And that, I fully respect....As there are no two people exactly alike....Happiness is subjective...Some are showing how they are happy..Some just keep that happiness within themselves...

 Look after yourself Elz, just make sure you don't slip away into depression.
I have felt the same on some days but also have learned to come to terms with what I have and be content. There is happiness in contentment but also there is some loneliness in being alone but happiness is also a choice. I choose happiness, like you do, in my own way.
