modern day b*stard Searching for some ego-stroking, soul-choking pleasure, Physical and materialistic like treasure. I want happiness I can measure! I want at least 10 pounds a day, I come from the culture of “Have it your way.” So while I’m out having mine and you’re having yours, Let’s compare scores, Until one of us realizes we need to have more. Let’s compete! After all, defeat is still defined as having one less, Or having won less, but either way there’s less. And we stress when we hear the phrase “Less is more.” How can I have it all by having less? What a complicated mess! And as I struggle to keep the pace with society, My soul waves by to me, My ego lied to me. As I swim in my treasure chest, I can feel a hole in my breast, The place where my soul used to rest, Now replaced by my ego’s unrest. Good name.  I remember saying the bad word during my teens for the 1st time and not knowing what it meant and insulting a man and myself at the same time. Dodo doh!     within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

Easier these days to let go of things than before instead of living with past feelings.You're right of course in comparison to most of the bloggers. Anyho, find it hard to keep up with so many and old news and ma brain will hurt if I read it all.
