Sleepless Imagination
Sleepless days and dreamless nights
Burdens heart, my ’s delight
Share your touch in my endless thoughts
As I lay here in stolen moments bought

Touch me with a tender touch
Say no names in heated rush
Don’t let go for all is lost
My mind is rushing; please just hush!

Just enjoy the sleep in warm embrace
Reality sets the scene & cruel pace
Feel the warmth under finger tips
As I listen to your breathing from soft lips

The clock ticks in my lonely mind
Still the sleep is left behind
“I wish, I want… what if I need?”
Hush! Reality is what is to heed.

Rock of life step upon my bones
Its weight of mans heavy stones
I lift its burden but to no avail
My life is planned again? Why do I fail?

Mark your existence in my life
A touch that scarred its impression is like a cold knife
Thank you for a moment of your life and time
Its every moment was such sublime

Your youth is beautiful, my age is old
I am here for a moment yet so cold
We form a bond we knew would never last

Goodbye my companion of my imagination
