Jane, Filipinas residing in the Philippines are more obsessed with outside looks..Most of my friends and even some or my relatives are using skin whiteners (glutathione) which is more affordable than being under the knife. Personally, I do not want to mess up with my face..It is scary, not even the botox injection..Because I have witnessed some cases that women developed "winking" one side of the face (cerebral palsy kinda ).I would rather use make up, for I can always go back to my real face when I am home or when not needed. Just call me ELZ
