Coincidence!


It's been a while since I last visited and posted a blog here. I had trouble accessing this site using only my small gadgets. My laptop crashed and I had to buy a new one. But here I am, I have not abandoned this place that I dearly loved....Well, last week, out of fun, I clicked on a link on FB where it says it will reveal the initial of the first name of my "future lover." And guess what?....It actually showed that! I did not post it because I know there are a lot of people who will investigate and instigate as they have been waiting for me to finally have someone I can be romantically related with.. (sigh) But, like I said, I had to keep it to myself, brushing the idea, believing that it is just a coincidence. But this guy, is the brother of a very close friend of mine. He is divorced, and I met him a couple of times, had a group date (if you can call it, that), and we are actually going to see each other again in less than a month (thanks to his sister who arranged for a weekend get-away activity). We had casual talks, and I am sure, he can sense that I am aloof, and very distanced. The sister may have given him a head's up of who I am and what kind of personality I have (conservative, and over-protective of my feelings, being that I was badly hurt in the past). I am at this point in my life that I am not getting any younger, and would like to give love another chance. It will start by getting to know him more because honestly, I know very little of him, and I did not ask his sister anything about him. That is for me to find out, and for him to be honestly telling me...If things will work out well, then it is for the best...I will gamble on this one.....It is about time...
