There is no spring! It's called the rainy season for your education in the PI starting in May!

 yup , it's that durn groundhog's fault !

obviously being near the tropics , one could wear a swimsuit all year in the Phils.
however , for us in the central U.S. states , we've had the coldest April on record . December was actually warmer !
so that's why i'm happy to have the warmth
