RETIREMENT  After the sojourn of earning live Because of family and fixed goals strive This better or even best life after retirement Some would not stop for more entitlement. Monthly pension ensuing is less or not enough And because body is still capable why stop Others would find it already taxing for the body So will live enjoying with a passion or hobby. For many life after retirement is still about working Not due to their needs but mainly because of doing Desiring to make themselves as active as a doer They live alone in the house so what else is there. I met a person recently at his age of 78 still teaching For 51 he spent his life teaching and coaching Now he feels he needs stop time to live life fully His body may not take more will not say admittedly. His worry is what to do when he stops his passion Deep within he cannot part with such dedication Each time he trained developed sports champions Without time for family he was left all on his own. Why there are some who will need to work more They truly see their future in home care support In the west they leave their oldies in senior homes In my country for seniors it's still home sweet home. |

i have gotten used to aligning my text (centering) it with the photo or vice versa..can someone help me, what command to use please..pardon my senility these days..am a helpless retiree...lol

would you believe i went on semi-retirement at age 50? my kids saw through the hardships i went through, that when they started earning at a very early age, they asked me to stop an 8-5, M-S work, so I can concentrate on the house..but i never was a full-time housekeeper, i decided to have a business and also went into consultancy jobs

i don't know how to say this but i find social security in north atlantic somewhat low or that the standards of computation is unjustified, compared to the no. of years worked for and based on the last salary one had..in our philippines, computation is based also on the no. of years serviced but the last salary has a great bearing on how much one should receive monthly...please correct me if am wrong...
