Hi there, thanks for clicking and reading my profile. I am a medical practitioner, specialized in anaesthetics and critical care medicine, originally from Germany, but during the last couple of years I lived and worked in Switzerland and the UK. At present, I am living in the Sydney area in Australia, where I arrived in September 2004. I appreciate different cultures resp. lifestyles and try to find out the mixture that works best for me. In my private life, I like more or less the same things as everybody here: traveling, sports, reading, listening to music, watching TV, being online, cinema, good food, photography, being outdoors (bushwalking, mountainwalking, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, cycling, beach, doing nothing...) etc. etc. - there's a time for everything. I try to keep fit and healthy, not to eat too much and so on ;-) As mentioned above, I am still relatively new to the Sydney area, so I would appreciate to make some more friends here.
