Apart from the daily get up and go of work and rest I don't mind exercising body and mind. Once all the necessary routine work are out of the way I like to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Nothing extreme just get up walk, ride a bike, hop in the car and do something, maybe a little cross training, that's if I'm not being lazy :p Sometimes i'll go to the market browse a bit. Pretty much anything. If I'm not outside I like to read some books mainly personal achievements, history, bibliographies. Otherwise I try to play a bit of music...loooong way to go... What else?..I don't mind trying new recipes. I'm not so much of a cluster in the kitchen....(This is kind've interesting slicing and dicing myself.).. Anyway I'm sure others out there have their own version:-) Cheers....
