Thats the way she feels about me.... Nov 10, 2005 8:25 am
Mood: intimidated, 354 Views

Blaming it on no one but still there are some point that needs reconsideration...not to the extent of indifference in ideas but in turns of moods and interpretations.

Some would find my post in vague and in deep sense but the truth of the matter is that, only an intimate would care and understand what the feelings are. Behind all these comes doubtful minds with disbeliefs and would argue instantly.

Who cares for anyone! Even a close friend would not intervene but will choose to remain submissive if the situation needs an advice.

Should I continue or stop myself from being drag deeper in this hesitations?

Maybe yes or maybe not ?

So far away ...all I have to do is dream... Nov 9, 2005 4:49 pm
Mood: eager, 343 Views

My emotions were mostly hidden within its boundaries, that is the keyboard and the computer monitor in front of me.

I wake up each morning to see if she had posted a blog that can be possibly pertaining or address to me. It's like a feeling of satisfaction for me to know that her blogs were on the positive way of life. Great relief of sort if her subjects were define as happy as it can be, for she is distinctively known as a jolly type, a lover in a true sense.

Although not as youthful as one would think, She can ease out and relieved you from boredom even at yonder place.

She is the woman of my dream...So far away...yes...So far away!

KIMCHI... South Korea vs. China Nov 3, 2005 2:29 am
Mood: shocked, 364 Views

We all know that in sports competition like the quadrennial Olympics and biennial Asian games, these two countries battled it out for supremacy in the Asian Region. These two protagonist are entangled with a new kind of conflicting interest cause by an erroneous method in food preservation , and this is about the side dish and staple food famous in Korea , that is "KIMCHI".

Kimchi is a spicy Korean staple food, made out of a pickling process on fermented ingredients compose of , radish, cabbage with garlic, ginger and hot pepper.

Now comes the trouble, the famous side dish has a ban imposed on its importation from China mainly because of the round worm parasite found in human excrement's believe to have been discovered from the imported appetizer. To add that it is also said that lead contamination is high on the preserve products.

Question is ? Is it because some Chinese agricultural method used human feces as fertilizer for their crops? (is this true), Or the theory that excrements from cats and dogs raised in the farmland could have cause the contamination.

The banning of the importation of this spicy pickled Korean side dish has triggered another retaliating investigation, this time on the Chinese side in which the cosmetic products imported from South Korea, authorities claim were sub-standard in quality.

News media were focus at the most towards the said "Parasites eggs found in Kimchi". High percentage of the imports bound for Japan have to pass in strict measures for food safety.

Best thing they can do is to learn the process and do it "Home made Style". Much to their concern for health safety and ease out their anxieties of the Kimchi war.

Every Grave Has A Story To Tell... Nov 1, 2005 7:04 am
Mood: lonely, 324 Views

It's my second month anniversary as member at Asiafriendfinder, and it coincides with the same day our heritage practice is being observe by millions of our countrymen.

Remembering the departed soul of our beloved love ones and relatives called "All Saints Day".

I went to St. John Memorial(cemetery), for my usual yearly duty of cleaning up the surroundings within the grave of my late brothers and that of my dearest Father, who expired twenty years ago due to heart failure at a VA hospital.

In about a year time, tall grasses and wild vines were all over the place. This clings from both sides of the niches and the iron grill, A fence made, that separated it from the other tombs of town mates buried on the nearly congested town graveyard.

With two candles in hand, I lighted it while uttering a silent prayer to them. A feeling of loneliness engulf me and it seems so hard to forget all those happy moments we have shared together in good and bad times. Mostly the once when we were just kids growing up together in a place called home.

The division of labor inside the house was an example, being the strongest amongst them, I was assigned mostly on the heavier work loads. Like cleaning up the pigpen, Feeding of the chickens, the digging of canals for the compost, and an errand boy for the poultry and livestock feeds supply for our backyard livelihood program me and my grandma was tending at that time.

My brothers were busy with their homework from school which to me, were their usual alibis they told Mom to skipped the task of working on the daily household chores.

Right after supper comes bedtime and we would engaged with the usual pillow fight and our common way to induce sleepiness was the word game and the local riddles(bugtungan).

My eldest brother was a word puzzle whiz, a natural book worm and a studious type, but he was with a small physique frame, frail and lanky because of poor appetite. So all I can offer in hand comes his turn in the chores, I would helped him and I was being granted in return by his word knowledge and vocabulary skills teachings. He was at the sixth grade and Me on grade three level.

So with his untimely death because of a heart illness, I guess my being active and that hard work really ends up beneficial on my part. It gives me enough endurance I needed in surpassing the test of time till now at present.

First day of November, deep sorrows in my heart,
losing some dear members of the family worthy of remembering as life goes on .

"May their soul rest in peace with the Lord"

Last time ...so odd and candid... Oct 28, 2005 1:27 am
Mood: hopeful, 365 Views

Never had the chance to express more of my devotions and my fondness of her. She acts as one of my welcoming friends at the blogsite. I heed to her advise and hoping did'nt fall short to her likings and standards.

Anyway, since she has nothing to grudge on about my presence,Surely I would endear her with whats left in me, an offering of the simplest of my well being and that genuine truth of what I have to stand for.

Far from getting distracted by revealing her identity (code of secrecy), You know much who you are and What you are to me. A living soul of whom I'm ready to fall in love with, no matter what distance sets us apart. With these vague expressions hanging on left unanswered, thanks! I'm still waiting on my chance of having you near me.

What can I asked for? Just the thought of having you near here at my side brings candid feelings on me! Who else? No one else but you!

The Beatles magical mania... Oct 24, 2005 9:20 pm
Mood: amused, 345 Views

I was so surprise that morning to hear that loud music, The Beatles Collection Album playing on the Component, and guess what?, My kid had started to love the music of the famous group at a young age of eleven.

I was expecting some novelty songs like that of the "Sex Bomb Singers" the famous "Totoy Bibo", or even that"Sayaw Kikay " and to my amusement, He even asked me to skip on the other songs and pick "Eight days a week" on that Fab Four collection. I decided to asked him about that and with a dazed look he replied that it should be seven and not eight for a week.

So to explain it in a nice manner,I told him that seven days is not enough for a week once you're in love. Even poke his sides out if he's wooing or courting someone from the neighborhood and at school.

With his silly grin , I guess that's the reason he has to be more conscious of his looks and spent much time in the mirror for that hair style he wants to sport and also the dabbing of cologne to his uniform and hankies.

Maybe, it's that circumcision he had last summer that's pulling him up to his puberty age.

Now, He's been singing along with the tune and wanted to learn how to play the guitar as well. With a hug and my promise...a whisper to his ear... "Sure do, comes vacation you'll start to learn the guitar basics".

Now, I dont have to put the disc on to hear my favorite group. He's playing it over and over again to memorize the lyrics, It's his turn I guess.

How time flies...

Potent Danger...Panic on Pandemic... Oct 23, 2005 10:05 am
Mood: annoyed, 357 Views

After the killer quake comes a new kind of scare, the Avian flu commonly known as the bird flu virus.

European countries, now on panic with the incoming flights of migratory birds from Asia as winter season is near. A known case of positive identification of the H5N1 bird flu strain in Romania and Turkey, drew attention on the neighboring boarders including ,Hungary , Germany , Greece and Great Britain. Birds will have to be subject for culling in thousands to contain the strain from spreading out to the local domesticated fowls.

Pharmaceutical laboratories are on high scale production of anti flu vaccine and medications in anticipation of a pandemic once the mutation of virus strain from bird to human leap then from human to human. Health Ministers and officials urges member state of the European Union "to effectively coordinate action against the outbreak of avian flu".

The season is near for the influx of migrating birds from Central Asia, and the poultry have to be put on their respective stalls to avoid physical contact with the coming of the suspected carriers of the deadly strain.

Fear of a widespread contamination, the top priority agenda on the emergency meeting of the European Union Foreign Ministers in Luxembourg. The Ministers appeal the public for calm and assured them that every effort is being done.

The possible avian flu transfer to human is being monitored closely on a coordinated plans by the Union Member states.

Here in Southeast Asia, We have to be informed and be given a close study by the WHO(World Health Organization)for we are the breeding ground of this Virus strain, and its possible mutations.

Our own natural savior might be the tropical climate of our region. Heat might slow down the mutation process unlike in the cold winters of Western Europe.

Be Aware! "Keep ourselves and our surroundings clean and healthy".

Mood: cheerful, 370 Views

This song by Peter Cetera of the famous Chicago band, brought me a new way of thinking and positive approach to life and to love, back then in college. I'm sharing this to all of you,
lovers and friends...

HAPPY MAN
(Chicago)

...Maybe by chance, very unsuspecting...

...You thought my heart, unprotecting me...

...I'm fallin' in love with you...

...Just when I thought, I was feelin' easy ...

...You came along to me soft and breezy...

...Im fallin' in love with you...

...huhh ...huh...uhhh...huhuuuhuuh...

...I'm fallin' in love with you...

(refrain)

...And for the first time in my life ...

...I know what it's like to be a Happy Man...

...uuuhhhh...A Happy Man....

...And for the fist time in my life ...

...I've given me something I can't understand...

...Being a Happy Man...

II

...Be with now , love me forever...

...Leaving you lady, something that I'll never do...

...I'm fallin' in love with you ...

...All of my life, since I have waited...

...Now I could say, all this world I have stated are true...

...I'm fallin' in love with you...

**Repeat Refrain & II**
