Aquamarine May 5, 2006 9:40 am 408 Views just got home from watching this new film "aquamarine." it's about a mermaid who was given three days, by her dad, to prove that there is such a thing as "love," or else she will be forced to marry a merman whom she didn't love. it's a simple plot, yes, but essentially, it's a feel-good movie, and that's good enough for me. aquamarine, the mermaid, was looking for love and expecting it to come from a very nice fellow who plays the role of lifeguard. but in the end, it turns out that the two human females who were helping aqua all along, their love for her was already enough to prove that love does exist. bottom line: don't underestimate the love of friends. btw, the lifeguard is a total babe. 2 Comments
