Was able to solve it. Whew!
Here are the clues:
1. There are 5 houses in 5 different colors. In each house lives a person with a different nationality.
2. The 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet.
3. No two owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar, or drink the same beverage.
The Question is: " WHO OWNS THE FISH? "
FACTS:
The Brit lives in the red house.
The Swede keeps dogs as pet.
The Dane drinks tea.
The green house is on the left of the white house.
The green house's owner drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
The man living in the center house drinks milk.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The man who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps the horse lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
The owner who smokes Bluemasters drinks beer.
The German smokes Prince.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
The man who smokes Blends has a neighbor who drinks water.
there are no trick questions or clues here..all are legitimate clues...go figure, goodluck, and have fun! |

| My Most Embarassing Experience |

846 Views | well...i got several very embarassing moments in life, but this one is prolly the cream of the crop.lolz
my mom is very oldfashioned, and most of my clothes used to be her own design and creation..and i didnt mind a bit coz i didnt know better.
so, there i was, in junior high, in a white dress with ruffled skirt, coz i still didnt have a uniform...hair up in a bun, like an old woman...AND with a thigh-high leg stockings..dark brown in color and very thick..u know..the ones nuns use..except perhaps nuns use a better set of stockings in this day and age.
my mom's kind was circa 1920's..those without any garters, so u'd need a garter to hold the stockings in place.
but my mom forgot to teach me about the garters.
and so..off i went to my first day in school...
no problems when i rode a jeepney.
but when i got down and crossed the street...the stockings slowly but surely went down...down...down...
i wanted to pretend it wasn't my stockings, except that the whole thing was innocently resting around my ankles.
ive learned my lesson since then, and wear them sheer stockings with garter belt, like the one in the picture.

( hmmm was it that event that did it? or a previous one? )
i needed some friends to help me forget and accept my loss.
FFF popped up from the screen, and i joined in.
that was the third week of sept, 2004.
through those two yrs, i have found what i sought..true friends, real people...
i even found love...once...

i didnt expect it, coz i was second place but my opponents still had some chips left ( or whatever you call it ) , and their chips' scores got deducted from their total scores.
is that the same as winning by default? hahahahahaha
tmrow we shall compete in basketball and pingpong!

being constantly reactive to other people's opinions
and behavior can be quite taxing and stressful.
stay on course.
stay true to oneself.
don't deliberately hurt others.
life is simple that way, really.
