OMG! It is very cliche' but i will say it.. time flies really fast! I could still remember the longest 11 hours of my life, how difficult it was giving birth. But everything was forgotten when I first saw him, heard his first cry and when the doctor put him on my tummy. I cried on our first night together, why? well until now I don't know the answer.
... and now he is 7.
Angelo is the most precious thing in my life. He has been an anchor to my sanity, my strength when I feel so low, my hope when I feel like I might fail, my reality check when I get so confused,my happiness to this uncertain life.
What could be more wonderful than this gift that God has given me?
To my son: Happy 7th birthday. I love you so much and I always will for the rest of my life. | |

| CHECKMATE |

218 Views | As we go through life's many doors we are uncertain of what is on the other side. We never know what is in there for us until we open and enter that door.There are times when we think that the grass is greener on the other side. Then once we have arrived to that side we find out that it is not what we thought it was. However, don't take that negatively instead take that as a part of life we live that we learn from. It is those experiences that make us stronger to face life's struggles.
I really don't know how to play chess but let's play. What do you do when you have planned everything and have all your knights and bishops set in place on the chess board? And you feel confident in your next step because you are about to say "check mate"; but as soon as you begin to walk through that door it shuts right in your face!
And now you can't even open that door and do you know why? The reason you can't open that door is because we have no control over it. Sometimes when doors shut we do several things we either sit by the door and ask why? Cry, yell, scream, or lose hope
Whatever it is that we do in front of that door closed door, remember this though it is easier said then done but keep practicing it and it will get easier.
" When one door closes God has another door open." and though I say check-mate that does not mean always when at chess.

I admit that what we have is not perfect, coz nothing is indeed perfect. But what is important is that we are happy. Flaws doesn't really matter just as long as we are together.
I love your smile and the sparkle in your eyes everytime I say I love you. You are the reason why I smile everytime I wake up. There were times that I would have given up but YOU did not. You gave me the strength to hold on to this and that is why I'm still holding on and still hoping for the best.
I still believe that we will be together soon and will spent more years.I love you more than ever! | |
