i figure the gold & silver balls are for members
those without are like me, bloggers and chatters
but what about those with prying eyes
next to their handles on the right side
everytime i log in to 'view my blog' menu
people have eyes, apart from those who are new
could someone tell me what this might be
it freaks me...scares the heck out of me

where would you blog if also a group member?

would you stay in elr to chat with friends?
or catch up with her in other blogger’s thread?
would you take over, make it your own, and seize the moment?

monopoly, cluedo, snakes and ladders
we read the game rules before we bother
instruction guide right by our side
a quick reference after we throw the dice
ds, psfour, xbox three sixty
they have tips & tricks you can read freely
in no time you’d be driving with super mario
or shadow boxing like there’s no tomorrow
how i wish it is this easy with that other game we play
yes there are rules…tho for some, they are shades of gray
players change...each game different
when you lose...it’s always a freakin' torment

i need a break…im going lokows
if a day off work can do wonders
moreso a month or two beyond wild yonders
images of falls, beaches, or creeks
enough to amaze this silly old geek
trekking the hills, picking coffee beans
walk with me, be with me, to you i’d lean
prepare a short list of who to contact
put it in a pocket, safely in my backpack
perhaps even organize an eb along the way
time would just fly…not many hours in a day
tipsy… we’d belt out a song or two
crazy… that’s what they’d think of me and you
plenty of sceneries and beautiful places to go to
i’ve searched the net but local knowledge will do

always together, enjoying our li'l trips
then you moved away in our prime
the right love...the wrong time
our last encounter i remember so vividly
we stared, we hugged, we kept it friendly
you reluctantly went back in the car
rain pouring, i stood still on a wet tar
so many years passed us by
still separated by so many miles
distance aside, you are always on my mind
even with stress and the daily grind
the feeling worsened when i went to your place
the roads have changed, it was like a maze
so surprised with what your mom said,
"she keeps the music box you gave her next to her bed"
i left with so many mixed emotions

same sadness i felt the first time we parted

i came across one who's state was real sad
testosterone level so high it may seem
attention deficit, I believe also known, 'kalang sa pansin'

there is a myth about men growing older,
the balls they play with become smaller
if there is any truth to this, then I’m getting younger
my balls I now play with are bigger…basketball, bowling, & soccer
