there must have been half a dozen threads
on the comment i made on bellezia legs
in fact, i made no comment, none whatsoever
i was speechless but thankful to her Creator
for those who failed to read bellezia's post
i assumed not many, it was read by most
it was titled "agree or not?"
with a picture, enough to give one a blood clot
below was the comment i made:
"i am not here to view the legs
but to comment on what you said
sorry, i'll come back when i remember what it is i have to say"
...
now that the picture is gone
i'll sit and wait for a better one
it'll be hard to beat, i guess

pasta, chicken, cookies and cream
games, prizes...all are kids' dream
moms and dads whippin up a storm
to celebrate the birthday of their first born
it takes me back to when i was young
party every year, prepared by my mom
a single parent with limited resources
her only reward was to see kids' smiling faces
it's not a choice being alone for some
left with no options, left with none
yet hurdles and hindrances you overcome
my hat's off to all of you single moms
