Whenever I am alone like this
there is always the chance
that I will end up
thinking of you..
like right now.
I guess it is just
hard to forget someone
so wonderful..someone I love
and who in turn loved me.
How can I forget how sweet
and caring you are?
I still remember how you
got so wet just to
bring me that umbrella ..
worrying that I might get
sick again and you ending up sick instead.
I got so touched there you know..
how can I not be?
You made me feel so loved.
At times you make me feel
that you live just because of me.
How I wished that I can turn
back the hands of time..
so that for once I can again
see your twinkling eyes..
your wondrous smile..
that I can again hold you
close and kiss you..
and feel you quiver as
our lips touched.
How I wished that I had
done more to reciprocate that
love you had for me.
How I wished that you
are still here
so I can do just that..
But you are not here
anymore..
The angels took you away..
and I miss you so much.

On friends and lovers...

friends are not hard to find..
it is the true ones
that are hard to come by
So what is a true friend anyway?
What is it that makes them
a rare breed?
he is one who doesn`t ask you
to reciprocate what he had done
but instead will ask if there
is something else he can do
He will be there
through thick and thin..
in your ups and downs..
and will be the one
who will slap you silly
if he has to
so you can come
to your senses
when you go crazy.
He will laugh with you..
and will be there
so proud of you
in your moments of glory.
He will console you
in your trying moments.
by just being there ..
offering solace with his voice
ringing in your ears..
giving you hope
when you have none..
urging you on ..
when all seems lost
and to have someone like that
is truly a blessing
Then what about love?
actually love is a friendship
that caught fire
It is when you no longer
contain the feelings
that you have for someone
you had befriended.
The line between love
and friendship is so thin
that it is so easy to cross over
But once you cross that line
you can`t turn back
for it will be hard
to be.. just friends again..
