but you won`t settle
being just the ordinary
when you work
you`ll try to be the
best in what you do
you learn from your mistakes
and you astrive
not to make the same ones
you`ll stand for what
is right and you`ll be firm
in what you believe
you`ll be a caring friend
but a bad enemy..
you`ll do everything in
moderation and care
you`ll be setting up
priorities leaving out
nothing and noone
wouldn`t you choose
to be..the Man?

A long time friend
called me last night
He got laid off from
his work of six years
no reason was given..
but he is almost sure
that the job he once had
is now being done by
a Mexican somewhere
in Tijuana..
Not that we can blame
the companies to look
for cheap labor..
but what about the workers
here who also need to
earn a living?
Jobs here are getting
scarce..most are outsourced
or are getting to be outsourced
No wonder there`s always
a long line at EDD..
