You've just come home from a long day of work, and the only thing you want to do is lie down and rest. But you're greeted at the door by the eager smiles of children awaiting their much-anticipated playmate, Daddy. With a longing glance at the sofa, you sweep a little one up in your arms, and the games are underway. You soon know you've made the right choice, for their smiles are contagious and though, you're still tired, your heart is much lighter, and the cares of the day don't seem to weight on you quite so heavy.
With all the pressures to be and have the best, it's not easy to pull aways from life's responsibilities and just enjoy time with your family, but it is so important. As the head of your household, you set the tone for your family. If you bring home stress, tension, and grumpiness, your are likely to reflect these attitudes. But if you approach your famimily with joyfulness, your home will become a heaven of peacefulness and cheer where you can be refreshed for the days ahead.
