we can't hold on things so perfectly tight we can't get our dreams in just a grasp we can't embrace the time locked in each perfect moment
but we can enjoy and cherish the things while we have them dream each dream unseeingly in every step ...forward be the best of what we are ...of whom we are
for each has its own reason....for each has its own meaning and chances are all we got... on how we take these things in its own time. ~dolly

The universe is tender toward my heart. I count this a great blessing and I trust it. Frightened, threatened, or overwhelmed, I place my emotional safety in the hands of loving universe. I ask for protection, wisdom, and discernment. Knowing that I am cared for and protected, I am alert for support and security coming to me from many directions. I find supportive people, comforting events, unexpected and gracious encounters. The world is not a hostile place. I am aided and safe. The world is my home. I am aided, safe and protected.

~excerpt I Am Held In Compassionate Arms As to know ... blessed and protected
When the thing that we really want finally does show up in our lives, we usually have two emotions at the same time, joy and terror! We can be so excited that we finally getting what we want that we are terrorized by what it means. It means the life is really is on our side. It means that we really do deserve to have what we want. It also means that our hard work is paying off and that are getting ready to change ... drastically.
The conflicting emotions of joy and terror send a message of urgency through our body that sometimes kills off our joy. We can become so engrossed in the terror of losing, of moving, and of changing that we lose sight of the answered prayer. Terror makes you busy. Busyness can lead to self-sabotage! When you find yourself in a state of "urgency, check in with yourself to make sure that you are not allowing terror to steal your joy.
"Being happy is something you have to learn. I often surprise myself by saying "Wow, this is it. I guess I'm happy. I got a home I love. A career that I love. I'm even feeling more and more at peace with myself." If there's something else to happiness, let me know. I'm ambitious for that, too."
