Angel Wings The image of the angel as a two-winged figure undoubtedly nspired by birds, as well as by the winged figure scultures of Ancient Greece. Angels differ from birds inthat their wings are often raised, or semi-raised, even in the rest position. The arm, of course, make it necessary for the wing joints to be positioned back on the shoulders. Make friends with the angels, who though invisible are always with you. Often invoke them, constantly praise them, and make good use of theis help and assistance in all your temporal and spiritual affairs.

Paradoxically, to make your dream come true, you have to stay awake and alert. That means keeping your eyes (and mind) open for new opportunites. Whether you realize it or not, opprtunities are whirling around you like stars crossing the night sky - beautiful to observe and too numerous to count. Yet we can get so preoccupied with the daily grind that we don't lift our eyes to the heavens to notice.
Today, take time to step back from the challenges of daily living. Lift your eyes toward heaven, and focus your thoughts on two things - on God and on the opportunites He has placed before you. If you let Him, He will lead you in the directions of those opportunities. So watch carefully, pray pervently, and then act accordingly.
