WHY DO WE HAVE TO DEPART?

You were once my friend who lifted up my spirit, Who gave me encouragement to get by on this earth; You were always ready to lighten my load, Always on hand and ever willing to stand by me.
We were often excited to see each other, We talked endlessly, we’re jolly, full of life. We just met as comrades but we really liked each one, You became my close companion, the buddy I could count on.
But I can’t understand up to now why we have to depart, A shocking news I received, you died in the earthquake; You were still young to cut short of your life, And I can’t still believe you were gone forever.
“Thank you so much, Letty, for being such an angel, So wonderful and true, so happy and smart; I know for sure that I can’t find another friend like you, Who loved me then and can’t be replaced in my heart!”

ELUSIVE AFFECTION

Sometimes, love is too elusive and when it did come, you are mystified by its power, charm and mystery. Your conviction and point of views become crooked, you don't listen to friends or family anymore and when you follow your heart, multitude will either make fun of you or will treat you as nonsense or worthless creature. I still love her and this is what my heart is beating for as I do miss her right now.
Why can't I have the one I wish to spend the rest of my life with? Why am I here? What am I living for if not for that only soul I wanna keep forever? A lot of questions are flowing in my mind and ideas are coming right here and there but I am too idle to concentrate. All I want is to lie down, relax, be creative and dream of the woman who gave me a huge impact and will always be a part of my life.

Crab Mentality describes a way of thinking best described by the phrase "if I can't have it, neither can you." The metaphor refers to a pot of crabs in which one tries to escape over the side, but is relentlessly pulled down by the others in the pot.
"Crab Mentality" - a metaphor defined as the collective effort of the many with unreasonable thinking or empty instinct to disseminate untruthful rumors or negative innuendos to bring down or cause failure to a target principal idea, society, institution or individuals. Similar to crabs void of instinct trying to cling to others pulling down the rest of the crabs in the chain back to the bottom of the bushel foiling success to escape.

THE ONE THAT MONEY CAN

Who said I am upset, isolated or lonesome? Why would I be when I have the most handsome, the smartest and the ever dazzling son who was inside my tummy more than six years ago?
I don't need anything to satisfy and complete my whole being. With my awesome kid on my side, I really can't ask for more.
Pagsama-samahin man ang yaman sa mundo, at mahalin man ako ng babaeng naging dahilan ng kanilang panlalait, if my son is not around then my world should not exist.
I love you, my boy...you are the very best thing in life that ever happened to me, the one that money can't buy.

COMRADES ARE LIKE TEEVEE

"Friends are like television. Some are like PBS and always asking for money. Others are like the news, with sad tales to tell everyday, some are like that one station with the foreign language; you don't understand a word of it but you listen and watch anyway. And then there are the ones like the commercials, always changes, ever-so-annoying and only seem to be there when you are bored. But every once and a while you meet someone who's like a really good movie of the week or that one teevee show you hardly ever get to see anymore because you're so busy. My point is hold on to the friends you care about and since we don't have a remote control to mute someone or just change the channel, pick your friends carefully."

There's a time for helping and giving, and there's a time for slowing down and pulling back; This is yor time to take good care of yourself, And to remind how special you are to me.
