A security source revealed that one of the three men saw the victim with his Egyptian girl friend -- the two were introduced by a Kuwaiti girl. The Kuwaiti men became angry when they saw the man speaking to the Egyptian girl. They assaulted him at his spring camp and took him to another spring camp. Meanwhile, they called the Kuwaiti and Egyptian girl who went to the men's spring camp as well. They forced the man to take off his clothes and made him kiss their shoes in order to humiliate him in front of the girls. He said that rumour that the bank has taken a decision to reduce the marriage loan to KD 2,000 instead of KD 4,000 are groundless as a Kuwaiti man who gets married to a Kuwaiti woman still gets KD 4,000. KD 2,000 as a gift from government and the other KD 2,000 is an 'easy' loan that the man repays to the bank at a rate of KD 20 per month. It is possible that the last decision taken by the board of director is behind the rumours as they decided that each Kuwaiti getting married for the first time is entitled to the KD 2,000 loan anytime he wants it.
