May I "softly" change the rhythm
May I gently leave a touch
that makes a difference
May I intentionally
double the meaning
to draw a smile amongst the tears
exactly as if the sun rising
amongst the cloud
May I continue ask
without a question mark
'cause the morning that caries the answers
never seems to come yet
and my candle remain never lit
May I wish to burn this flesh
in the burning fire of you love
till I see heaven above
cries for you
and for me
May the rain still fall
to wash you your soul
till the flood washes your memory
and draw the path
leading me to your loneliness
showing me your naked sadness
touching your trembling fingers
frozen toes
weary eyelashes
and the broken heart
that still beat
though it is falling a part
May I be the cloud
that does not hide the light
but shade your suffering heart
May I gather the remaining
that spread here and there
put an end
to your ultimate "no where"
kiss your forehead
till tomorrow brings back
the smile on your lips again
May I wash a way your sorrows
May I wash a way your pain
May I light my candle now
tease the wind
and laugh at the rain
