People and places

One reason I emigrated from Philippines is my passion for travel. Philippines passport holders are required to get a visa in order to enter most countries, there are only few countries that allows Filipino in without a visa. With the passport I have now I can visit many country without visa required but the irony of it now, is that all I want to travel to is the Philippines. Truly we can't see the chair we are seated until we leave the seat.

Philippines is such a beautiful country made up of several islands. There are so many things to do and places to go and of course Filipinos are happy, fun, easy to get along with, hospitable and friendly. I will not argue that there are many other countries that may be better in some ways but the beauty of the Philippines is not far behind.

Despite my passion for travelling it has become my priority to see people first after losing a loved one. See people first before places because places are likely to be there longer if not forever but a person maybe gone before you get to see them.

Bizzy, I love the Philippines but the reason I visit it is to see the people that I know and meet my on line friends. I don't venture to see the sights unless I am invited by friends to go there. I guess I'm not the nature person that you are. And in case we are there at the same time, I'd like to meet you either over dinner or coffee and get to know you before you venture to see another wondrous place.[/B

Ta Jane that's true, I have been to nature spa , stayed there overnight, been to Tagaytay several times coz it's close to my place in Paranaque, that's where I discovered the pandan tea that I like at nature spa.

Thank you, yes Philippines is beautiful country. I think the beholder is beautiful because the picture is blurry or because you are not wearing your glasses , you might have left them at Ace suites.

I guess so , but maybe it's not because of the beauty but more so the ease, comfort and feeling of belongingness. Just like the saying there's no place like home but of course there will always be exception.

Thanks. I agree to speak the language and learn to appreciate the culture makes it more enjoyable and be liked more by the locals.
