Legal or Illegal?

We can post our own pictures online as much as we want,no doubts about it,even with our friends,in groups,in public places, but when someone posts pictures of other persons taken from those persons's FB,Twitter,Flicker, etc accounts, without their permissions, and worst is he/she puts some derogatory comments describing the subjects,Does he/she commit any moral culpability regarding Anti Privacy Laws?

I dont want to extract legal advices here for ethical nor professional evaluations
,just asking, our opinions might be considered right or wrong and depending on the situations.

To post or not to post? Suddenly shakespearean

Am quite liberal about this issue - simply, do not post anything that you don't want others to see. Even there are no permanent friends remember Miranda warning with a twist: anything you 'post' can be use against you

..if you complain about 'oral defamation, slander or in computer jargon malicious mischief- invasion of privacy'..there's a thing called freedom of speech..

always the loopholes
