| How to Cope When Life Gets You Down |
Life's daily hassles can really blow our mind. No one said the road is easy. Once we can accept that we can't control everything around us, it will be better down the road. When we take tough times to heart, it will make it harder to bounce back. Use this as motivation to tackle the situation from another angle. Our potential actually increases when we are disappointed or hurt. Sometimes life is a soul crusher if we are truly honest with ourselves and with others. There is little sunshine when we are hit with multiple dilemmas. It makes sense that we might be feeling pretty down but we can shine a spotlight on any inner gloom or tragedy by pressing on and digging both heels into the hope that this bad time will also pass.

 Ahhhh! been on that road so many times...But pick yourself up...Some people don't even understand those who experience depression, feeling so alone and full of problems..Just because, they are lucky not to be in that situation...But I am a believer that God will not give us anything that we cannot handle..Maybe, not right away, but sooner or later, things can only get better...I've been plagued with so many problems, I couldn't even count anymore. People think by just looking at my ambience and how I look outside, that I am happy, financially secured, and what have you. They don't know, because just like Robin Williams, the people that make others laugh are sometimes, the loneliest....

 stand up..look up high and say kaya ko ito! Thank you Lord. these trials will make me a stronger person ready for life's adversities. Just keep Father God with you.. and things will be ok! hugs hugs.. everything happens for a reason..ate susan
