Isinailalim sa "orange rainfall advisory" ang Metro Manila at mga karatig-lalawigan. Walang pasok ang maraming paaralan sa MM at ilang kalapit na probinsya ngayong Lunes dahil sa walang patid na buhos ng ulan mula pa kagabi. As of this writing yours truly is listening to DZMM Radio via my mom's TFC. I just talked to Issa who can't go to work because of flood and she assured me not to worry because she is prepared at this moment. I'll call her again at around 10 am, Philippine time.
