The rain stops yet the danger of high tide is discernible

It's difficult to give my girl a ring as most telecommunications are down at this moment. It took 6-10 times ere I finally learned that her landlady asked her to sleep in their abode tonight because of the possibility of high tide. Her voice is hoarse because of exhaustion as she began saving her stuff 17 hours ago. The water in her place subsides yet the risks of overflowed rivers pose another threat in her life. I am so upset and sad why this should happen to the woman I care a whole lot. She is such a wonderful lady...

Once in a while, someone comes along to put you on top of the world.
