A new year...touch and go...  

12/31/2007 8:59 am Last Read: 11/3/2008 7:31 pm	Thirtythree minutes gone by, a start of a new day for a new life this 2008... Firecrackers and fireworks subsides so easily...maybe because of the high cost of the "evil dispatcher" or the constant reminder of the Health Department... We all got to a Medya-Noche feast, with my yearly Paella at the servings, Morcon, a piece of Crispy Pata, Lechon Manok and all sorts of exchange-foods from our neighbors, carbonara, spaghetti and pancit etc... Sweets are the usual beans, halayang ube, buko pandan, fruit salad, mamon, chocolates ... My nieces coin the meaties as the"Cardiac Delight", "Pampapabata" as my younger brother would say, and I call the dessert "Diabetic ala carte". Guess, have to prepare my weekdays with few more miles and extra minutes for my basketball work out... A week of festivities to all you friends out there...Just take good care of your heart 'ha!... Happy New Year!!!
