They say pork asado is better and tastier. But I always have mine with chicken and some boiled eggs.

The best Siopao I ever tasted is from one of M'sian food court...it's double the size of pix.............. and Masrap.. near to High land........Won;t believe the price...lesser than S'pore what they charge half the size of it.............Home cooked taste in a Resto M'sian never make Pork Siopau.... They are strictly Halal

Candy, welcome sis.... you can also use yeast powder sachet from Dr. Oetker if you don`t have fresh yeast...I keep it oven warm (50 deg. celcius) while waiting so the raising of dough is faster, needs patience

hi, ajaw. you seem to like bread and cook well. hahaha Siopao...... i am wondering ....what taste does it have ? i am really really wondering. it is the same in my country. it is called like this " 만두" or " 찐빵 " <---- korean language. i love this and would eat them much. hahaha maybe i am a 만두-holic . i bought these at the mall the day before yesterday. hahaha and i got a meaning about " PAO " a spell ago. it came from Portugal and the meaning is " bread " hahaha
i'd like to eat the siopao when it warm up. it looks like dilicious !
i read your words and got a good time. you made me happy. thank you.
Hello there tarzan, how are you doing?

Yes I cooked when I crave for something yes, it`s kind of bread but instead of baking in an oven, thru using steamer...and best eaten if warm, the bread is soft. Your welcome and thanks for dropby Take care!
