You're a generous person, Gracey. By the way, I'm fond of cheesecake too.

Is German cheesecake the kind of cheesecake you cook in the over or the kind you place to set in the fridge?

Might sound a silly question. Just wondering coz there seems to be variations in cheesecakes depending where it's made. This looks like it was cooked.

hehehe ok can I beg to try it next time please sis Aja?

On holiday last year in my province, this German guy married to a Filipina was selling German cheesecake beside the tourist shop in the exotic animal sanctuary. He was so convincing at selling his mini cheesecakes, we'd to eventually buy one to try his selection of flavoured cheesecakes.

within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

I am not fond of sugary cakes too bff...one thing good if you bake your own, you can regulate the sugar and no need to follow religiously the recipe

Ms. Z,

Yes oven baked, and sure, you can try it...made of 750 gram. very fresh cheese (we call it quark)4 eggyolks and 300 gr. fresh cream but you can used half milk for variations and instead of 250 gram sugar or less according to your taste (mine I put 175 gram brown sugar). Eggwhites and fresh cream beat separately till becomes creamy then mixed with the mixtures.

The biscuit is normal made of 250 gram flour, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 sachet (1 tbsp)vanille sugar, and 1 tbsp. oil, knit together and let it stay overnight in the fridge. the next day, cook in the oven for about 25 mins. then pour out the though mixtures on it and then baked for 1 and half hours at 180 celcious
