Grace,

Our kids really amaze us so much. They love without limits and miss us when we are not by their side.

Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

i can only relate to this as a daughter, there is like a line of gold thread running through my word when i talked about my parents, there is that love and smile from within, separately or together there is always home in my heart for them and the love we share for each other...

Grace, your kids are still young, and YOU MEAN the WORLD to them and vice versa...Enjoy them, my dear...Time will come, they will be more attached to their peers...Part of growing pains...and Soon, they will also have their families...So, CAPTURE THE MOMENTS...

Just call me ELZ

Elz, I know that day will come as part of their growing up and getting independent, soon they`ll be busy with their own life too....and maybe I can be happy if they use me as their driver

While you provide the right guidance, you're brave to trust your kids to take their own paths.

within each one of us, and let it begin with me (and each one of us)..one breath at a time.

Zen,

Not too wise actually with that Baguio event...though I trust my daughter, the environment was different from where she grows up and Phils. is not as secure as in Germany

At the end of the day, if they follow a dream that is different from what I desire for them but it makes them happy, as their parent I`m here to support them....as always

Indeed Jean....you can be happy if she decides to stay longer like hotel mama , ...but I can relate better as at 13 years of age I was already physically away from my parents, need to study high school in Manila and my mother visit me only twice a year. My papa I see him only every 2 years...
