Grace, Thank you for the insights of this blog. In my younger days i would fly off the handle and become hysterical. Especially where my kids were concern. Some are so way beyond our control. We have to deal with it right there and then. Growing older makes you a little wiser in dealing w/ disappointments in life. To accept and ask God for help. How is your son? Is he ok?  Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

Disappointments happen everyday with me, but I got so used to it that I learned to let it go...We cannot avoid it anyway..we just have to believe that for every bad thing that happens to us, there is always a good one that follows, sooner or later...Take care Grace!  Just call me ELZ

I think we all have same attitude as parent...I say I`m strong but if my source of inspiration and strength is involved then become my weakness...Just got home...doc. made an x-ray, thank God that the bone is not broken  Oh well, walking in the rain is not bad  needing some walking exercise so good for health though  Have a lovely day sis. Disappointments happen everyday with me, but I got so used to it that I learned to let it go...We cannot avoid it anyway..we just have to believe that for every bad thing that happens to us, there is always a good one that follows, sooner or later...Take care Grace!  kidding aside I know you gone thru a lot and wisdom shows in all your comments Take care always Elz

No. 3 and 4 helps me most times..Definitely crying also..When I cry, all my dissapointments, frustrations, violent reactions were carried away by the tears I shed.. You have a good one too dear. Ingatz.

Grace, Disappointment is one of the staples of life. We can't live without it. Let's just take it with a grain of salt. Just breath in breath out and focus on what to do next; it keeps keeps the blood pressure down. If we didn't have the many disappointments we experienced, we won't be the person we are today. Bring them on! Except you, Teng I'm a senior citizen . Don't expect me to remember anything
