a Fun day.. tree planting n Livelihood transfer..

happy Sunday morning hugsss... ..25 july 2015

yesterday was tree planting and we toured our very vast school campus where we planted trees and people involved are the Alumni and Pusong GApo.. after that we had boodlefight . Our group brought Puto and kutsinta bought from our member. It is her source of income. So we shared all the food we had.. it was fun..

The Alumni Group ranges from Class of '62 to '80's.. old and young all together as ONE.

.. after lunch my Pusong Gapo group had livelihood program and our attendees were the out of school youth and those who sell stuffs in the market() and they were taught soap making , liquid detergents.and candle making.. they were also taught concepts on self respect, respect to and for others and hygiene..You can tell their behavior and attitude on how they deal with people.

We began the activity by a lecture on proper behavior and how our activity will help them n their families in the future. We started with a prayer by a volunteer , sang Lupang Hinirang and was led by one member, and the Panunumpa sa Watawat.

Someday some of them will be Leaders and self made leaders are good because they have a heart for the people. They usually have strong character.

Ater the activity, they were served with ginatan as merienda and soda..

Because the were pulled out from their work as peddlers, they were given 50 pesos each so they can buy rice... it was a fruitful day..

and how was ur day?? hugs hugs
