There are many reasons to stay or leave - one of them is the the most common - the clash of personalities. Some people can really be hard to carry. I called them 'heavy' people coz the world they're carrying is too heavy for their own good. Hence, emanating negative reactions.

They dont know the word 'sharing the load' thus making their life miserable. Live light and enjoy.
