Gym... Happy Friday FFFers! On the way to the gym wity a buddy!. Thank God i get in free coz, she's a VIP member. The perks. Anyways, i only go on the thread for 30mins max and do some sit ups. After, the massage chair. Only problem i haven't lost any pounds been fluctuating 147-150lbs. The joys of getting fat. Can't run away from all those delicious foods... Jeff, Happy saturday! Well, my friend noticed in church she goes you were skinny last time i saw you. What happen? Yes, this big ball on my tummy suddenly appeared. She's the one that brings me to the gym. In her case she lost 40lbs. Deligently going every day except thursday. See, lots of aches and pains heal while doing exercise. In her case disappeared. AB, At De Anza, they had a program "fit for life". Where we go to the gym and exercise. One saturday stayed for 2hrs doing the weights, etc. I couldn't believe coming home eating a whole plateful of potatoe chips and one old fashion donut. Totally defeated the purpose at the gym. Except now i can't do weights anymore since my operation. Limited. Slowly exercising... Have a great weekend Greatest feelings in the world when two souls profess a love for each other...

Then suddenly having this huge ball on my tummy. Just didn't look ok. Meno is getting the best of me. Also, those delicious food seem to can't stay away from no matter how i try... I think as we grow older it's harder to lose weight. I used to be skin and bones, and if I a little I would lose a little weight but not entirely lose a lot. I don't do gym but I got punching bag that I try to do rigorous kicking and punching. I guess it is also stress reliever. Like kung magcomment yung boss ko na di maganda instead of answering back, baka masesante pa ko, I take it out on my punching bag. lol Besides I like big women, or healthy, natural looking women. More to hug. I love hugging, so the more flesh I feel the better than skinny and bony elbows that stick me in the gut. lol ((Hi, Ms. Tess. It's Ranmaru ^.^ I forgot my username and password tapos na delete pa yung email addy ko. lol So I created a new one. XD)) I live in the crevices of your mind...I am your guilty pleasure, your dirty little secret, should you let me out of your head and into your bed?

I moved kasi ala na kami sa disyerto. lol I used to live in Palm Springs. Di ako bagay dun kasi puro kunyo mga tao lol Yung mga tipong iniiwan susi sa kotse kasi walang nanakaw, puro golf range lahat ng puti mahilig matusta sa araw. And desert sun is brutal because it's hot and dry not like in manila, it's hot and humid. So I was so glad I finally moved to riverside, much cooler climate. So I decided to check this site again, I forgot my email, nung nakita ko naman, deleted na raw kasi di ko nabubuksan, tapos I forgot naman my password and name. lol Sigh. When I finally got a new account someone greeted me, oh, is that my username? hahaha! I saw your name. I remember you too, you were the nicest person I met here. So I decided to drop by your blog.
