Loosing... Lost and confused in life. Having to live in your mom, and every other lives instead of yours. Just realized coz chatted with a friend. She said for the last half hour all i talked about was everyone else and none about me except feeling under the weather. Why is that? Some how along life's journey we live thru everyones except our own? Is it because they lived an exciting life. Here you are living a non-existing life at all just going thru the motion. Sad fact in life when u start losing parts of you thru others. That's why you really have to say "no". Just comptemplate and meditate by yourself. In the moment of here and now. Past is past can never go back. Future plan but don't count on it. Something always change. Ramdom thoughts of the day... Over eating on Father's day and getting those cramps. When it's suppose to be over? Just felt sluggish all week. Luckily my daughter in law took me to dinner tonite. Still feel weird...
