Life is a gift...  Trials in life one face can either make you weak or strong. How to handle or react? Just not worth it often times to wimp and complain most of the time. Health is definitely wealth. Because working all your life and not enjoying can easily kill you when the time comes. When you retire cannot even enjoy because your health has deteriorated through the years. Working graveyard shift sure enough will kill. Where is this going to live and enjoy and simply be grateful to God. Life is truly a gift. Live each minute to the fullest... .... i lost track with the health is wealth thing, i wasnt able to focus on that until recently when i had a medical issues na. i lost out of control. i became so addicted to work. but here i am , just like what others say it will take each and every situation you have encountered to bring you to the current moment. And every moment of your life, including this one right now, is a fresh start.

Tess, Everyday is a decision so I take one day at a time too...and thankful for every new day that I`m healthy and my kids are growing in loveful environment  Happy Friday Tess!

When i got my surgery who was to blame moi. We have to really take good care of our health. Before it's too late... If life is a gift, aren't we supposed to take care of this gift and not make it messy? To me, if we truly value this gift, then we MUST do what it takes to make this same life fruitful and meaningful...and not allow ANYONE to mess up with it  ..Just my opinion... Just call me ELZ
