People are bullied because they allow the behaviour.

I remember a bully in the 6th grade. A much smaller classmate smacked him in the knee with a "dos por dos". The bully has been walking with a limp for 55 yrs now and could never catch the kids he tried to bully.

I'm a senior citizen . Don't expect me to remember anything
