Lucky tickets... Today was a lovely day!!! Went to the laundromat to do some washing. After waited for my sonny and his friend to bring me to my company's 20th anniversary picnic. Thank God they waited for all the folks to get there. My sis and her family got lost and ended up going up the mountain. So, she called me up and gave me the heads up on not what to do. Luckily, we were not lost. We got there just in time to check in and food started serving the host told everyone. We got the usual picnic bbq and hot dogs and salads and bread. Everyone especially the were having fun playing with the parachute and potato saks and pulling the ropes. Then came the raffle tickets. My won first, but that was his friends ticket, and then i won, which was my sonny's ticket, and then the last ticket which was mine won too. The president's wife said can't take twice. So, called Hector to get it. We all won $50 Safeway gift cards totaled $150. Those were really lucky for us the very first time. This has been one of the greatest blessings. We enjoyed petting the animals there and it was great. God bless everyone and enjoy and be filled with so much happiness!!!

That happened to me during the Hospital Christmas Party in 2007...The drawing of raffle tickets was so late that most of my co-workers decided to leave and gave their tickets to me. I had a total of 4, including mine...My Labor and Delivery co-worker won $400 Simon's mall gift card, her hubby won $100 gasoline card, another female co-worker won a big wrapped gift, and I won a 21 inch t.v.! Boy! everyone was looking at me, and couldn't believe each time they called, it was I who kept going to the stage to claim for the prizes...and I had to ask for help to get the boxes to my then, SUV... ...But in Tagalog, they have this saying: " KAPAG SINUSWERTE KA TALAGA, SWERTE! " equivalent to the saying that goes "When it rains, it pours"...Just call me ELZ

Sis, Looks that way. I am forever grateful to God!!! He has truly filled my life with happiness. Wonderful family and kids and sister and everyone here in FFF(angels) all over the world. Distance separates us but we come together here to share our every day happiness. It realy means a lot. Thank you... May your sunday be wonderful and full of joy!!!

congrats sis... thats exciting naman...it remind me last 2 weeks ago my kids have a block party to his friends and he won a remote control car lol... its funny co's every one like that toy even the grownup wishing they can have it... so he was so happy... love is the greatest gift of all

Janey, I didn't feel like going to work today to, but have too. Take good care of yourself with plenty of rest and relaxation. Nutritious meal. Always helps. Yes, it was amazing winning with those 3 tickets. God is good!!!
