please HELP!

I am working as an ICU-CCU nurse in one of the prestigious hospitals in Quezon City, Philippines and i am greatly affected with the condition of one of our patients. He is JURG KAGE STAUSS, 72 years old, Swiss national admitted due to pneumonia,conscious but hooked to a mechanical ventilator. He was abandoned by his wife and left without medications and hospitals debts.
