God's wrath???

 Watching the Philippine news GMA this morning was about Pepengs flooding the Pangasinan, etc... It's just so overwhelmingly sad. Seeing the people crying because they are so scared. Someone had warn that the dam had broken. Here they are running for their lives. And it was a false alarm. Due to the last disaster of Ondoy. Then there are more floods along the way 4??? So, is this God's wrath warning to eveyone of our sins. The doom and gloom of coming events. December 21, 2012??? What is there to expect with all these negative atmosphere just lurking all around. Do we just give up hope and brush it aside. Knowing and accepting the inevitable outcome. [I God is pure love... |

hi there Tess.. I have heard and read about that... and our Pastor, as he ministers to us, reminds us regularly of the signs of the times.. but I still believe, our God, though HE is just...is also merciful. We just need to mend our ways..and follow His teachings. Have a Blessed weekend..

I know, I am not religious enough, but my question is: "IF THINGS WERE WRITTEN and MEANT TO HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE", DO we really have the choice to get away with them?  going back to Christ who knew he was gonna die, didn't do anything to change that...And I believe, in that regard, we are to accept what is yet to come...

Elz, Jesus knew and accepted his mission here on earth. Remember the Y2K? They keep thinking it's the rapture. Then nothing really happened. Now all this talk about Dec 21, 2012. The end of the Mayan calendar and so on. All the prophecy. Who really knows... [I God is pure love...

hi poweroflove, god's wrath? i disagree! god is good - right? he gave man the greatest gift, among others, of independence/free will. he gave man mother earth to sustain us only, man hasnt been exactly good caretakers of her. trees that keep us safe are allowed to be cut down all types of garbage are allowed to be thrown willy nilly houses are allowed to be build anywhere and everywhere and so high without regard to safety we opt turn a blind eye to corrupt government officials who do not do their jobs "sayang buto and sayang din kita" we opted to have so many children we cannot feed, clothe, educate and love and keep safe pollution is allowed thats why there's a hole in the atmosphere i mean, why blame all these on god? di ba? a blessed sunday
