JUST HANG IN THERE!... So often it seems that life is only made up of things to worry about. Life has many disappointments for all of us ... death, illnesses, betrayals, tragedies, and feelings of worthlessness and despair. Sometimes life can seem so very grim, and so many times we tend to wallow in pools of self-pity. I would just like to say again ... I believe that our time here on earth gives us the opportunity to grow spiritually. We can experience much personal growth because of all the suffering, worries, and difficulties we have to go through during our mortal lives. It is God's way of fine-tuning us so we become more compassionate, more caring, more loving, and more aware of others' pain. After all, how could we ever dry the tears of others if we had never cried ourselves? We all find ourselves in the valley of despair sometimes. It may sometimes seem that we are forever worrying, learning lessons, suffering pain, and facing challenges. But we must try to remember that the fertilizer that helps us "grow" is in those valleys, not on the mountain tops. During the times that we feel scared and confused, we will always end up wiser and we will grow more from the experiences. We will understand more about people and life, become more sensitive, and we'll be able to enjoy life more after we go through the hard times. We have to experience sadness so that we may better measure joy. Life has a way of balancing the sorrow with the joy, the disappointments with the hope, and the emptiness with the meaning. SO, JUST HANG IN THERE!   ELZ  |

Good morning Dee, This is what I truly needed today. Thanks. We are gonna see a viewing of a dear friend today. Life is too short for worries, but it happens. We get all tangled up on how to fix it. And all we can do is give it up to God. When we lose all that hope. And friends for comfort. So, i will take your very sound advice and just hang... God bless you always...

I am going to say something here... and hope to be understood in the right sense! we tend to blame life, when ever we suffer! we say life is cruel to appear innocent! we blame the cold that causes us sickness, yet we feel sad if we don't get enough rain! we accuse technology for facilitating life for us, which made us so lazy and dependable! human being never stop complaining! simply because this is the nature of manhood!  we can't simply accept the fact, that life is so short! we born here just to sit for a quiz! to see who can pass and who would fail! therefore i do believe in the eternity life! otherwise, it is crazy to think that this is the end! God can't be ridiculous to sit us a quiz and leave us without knowing the results! consequently, all we need in this short life, is a bit of faith! some faith and nothing but faith!

i believe in what u said DEE, that life has a way of balancing itself out...whether with regards to pain or happiness. ..i always console myself that it is not only I who go through such pain, nor get to be blessed with immense happiness..all creatures here on earth get to have their own share of both..the only difference is when it will be given to us... thats right my friend...just hang in there... Dolly, sweetie, but you cannot be wrong in what you just said. Happiness is always there waiting to be appreciated and felt. God did not purposely created life to be miserable. It is only up to us how we deal with it. To me, there is always at least, 2 facets in life. ONe is being happy and one is being sad. IT is our choice. But those emotions tend to take turns each time. We just have to balance ourselves. Indeed, after each rain, rainbow comes to herald the coming of sunshine..Life isn't bad at all. It just gets complicated at times. I always say, if there's a problem, there is always a solution. It's that cause and effect principle. ELZ

Thanks CAT!..NOw, more than ever, I realized that my plans differ than that of God's..I used to feel bad when my dreams and goals are not met no matter how I tried to pursue them. It is now, that I know, God has other plans for me...And with regards to my petition and other requests, I just have to wait until HE grants them to me in HIS time...So, I'll just hang in there! ELZ
